Upon Leaving USA (in Monometer)

The stress,
Nagging
And worry
Were more
Than she
Could bear;
So she

Took jet;
Away
From the
Fires,
Of Maine.

She came;
To spend
Two weeks
At her
Mother's
Homestead.

The stress,
She left
Behind;
Was more
Than she
Could bear.

The break,
Away,
Was great.

She left,
Again,
For Maine;
Having
Regained
Her health.

Hurrah!
Blessings
Received...

  1. Kia ora Paterika,
    Reads as a much needed break, and a great time had by all. I often dream in the opposite direction and wish I could at times arrive in the USA and the bosom of my family and friends. Though it would not be too long before the Ruahine called me back! Te hei mauri ora e hoa!
    Aroha,
    Robb
